I ordered, or thought I ordered a product as a gift for my little sister. Unknown to me I managed to click the adult rather than the child size.
I was really surprised at the texts from Royal Mail to let me know my parcel was coming (good to know because the queues at the Sorting office at this time of year are a nightmare). The giant Michael Jackson glove arrived, and I emailed customer services to ask how to sort out the problem, I should have course have read the accompanying literature, but didn't. A patient email arrived with instructions on how to go about getting the right product and a refund, which was duly sorted in double quick time, again with a Royal mail text... this time at 6.45am!
