Ordered a motorcycle topbox - arrived without keys. when I called them, homcom sent a replacement, which had a broken lock and then another one with a broken lock again. when I asked for a refund, the customer service rep asked for photos (or a top box that cannot be opened?!) - I give up. not buying from them again.
