This is the 5th time over the years that I've used BlackCircles. Yet again the prices were so much better than all of the competition and once again the service was............perfect!
Yale door
Click on to Yale, the 'key' to choosing a new front door.
I honestly didn't know Yale made doors. They've always been thought of as producing the highest quality locks and security devices but when I was searching the web for a new front door their name came up. After making some online comparisons I decided to use Yale as the price was affordable and it was a brand name that suggested quality.
They phoned to arrange a survey and arrived on the dot. The surveyor was a fitter and not a sales guy....he took some very detailed measurements and confirmed with me exactly what my requirements were.
They phoned to arrange the fitting and again arrived on the dot. The two fitters were obviously very skilled and took their time to complete the job to perfection. No mess was left behind and no rubbish whatsoever for me to dispose of.
Every word they mentioned on their website was true, how refreshing!
................and the best of it is....... the door looks great!

They are like one of the family
I've just signed for yet another delivery on behalf of my wife. Our local Next delivery lady is very good, on the odd days she doesn't deliver something from Next she'll ring the door just to make sure we're OK.

Their service is now so bad that I won't order from anyone who uses Yodel as their delivery company.

How refreshing to see such good service.
It's the second time I've used them. The first time the service was excellent with quicker than expected delivery. The second time was just the same, ordered at lunchtime on a Tuesday and delivered early the next morning. Good 'old fashioned' service, they made a promise....and they made it happen!
Oh!....great quality products too!
