I called mypensionexpert.co.uk randomly without knowledge of them but I liked what they wrote on their website. I was contacted by them immediately and they introduced themselves, through Howard Hill who is one of their independent financial advisors. He seemed very knowledgable and knows his business well, he took my concerns regarding my personal pension matters on board seriously and professionally and knew exactly what I want and what kind of choice I required, after going through all other options available. I had no hesitation and felt comfortable to do business with them. They kept me up-to-date regularly and explicitly on the progress of the fund which made a huge difference for somebody he has been looking at the market for a year and talking to various people of other financial advisors which took me nowhere that I felt confident with, I was confused especially with the current very low annuity rate, but with my pension expert was completely different.
