So I've placed my order on the 26th of April. Some days passed and my order was still 'New' in the account page. After a few more days I've tried to call the company which took me about 14 calls in total to get to them. Their telephone queueing system is unbelievably ridiculous! After a few days they emailed me back and said had a backlog of orders which I've accepted since they upgraded my shipping to express.
The product was shipped exactly on the 9th of May and delivered to Malta exactly the day after (10th of May). The item (Galaxy Nexus) was properly packed however the seal was tampered! I checked the phone and it looked perfect. The user manual was in French but that shouldn't be a problem.
All in all it was a good deal but next time I'd prefer spending 50EUR for a better service and more realistic shipping times.
