Acceptable
Its ok/good for tv series but still not upto date with them all and same with films not alot of the recent/modern ones..................
But they say you get what you pay for, which it show not that much

Dont take if your not going to send!
Not happy with the way they deal with payments.
When purchasing something I added the wrong card address it didn't accept, reentered the correct address it went through with all the usual thank you will send items.
I saw an email saying wrong address can you call us please, but as i had put right address in and they had taken the money thought it was sorted.
But ended up waiting 2-3 weeks with no delivery phoned up and got told
"you was sent an email saying to call us"
if that is the way they shouldn't take the money till all clarified and should send a second email after the second time round with the right details.

great company, thieves in daylight for postage though
I think this company is a good company almost top marks but the down fall to me is there postage cost!
Its between £20 & £25 next day delivery other sites where the items are easily double if not treble the weight is only £2.99 maybe £3.99 tops!
Its just daylight ROBBERY!!!!!!!!!

needs alot of updating
When they got the items in stock they are pukka!
But there down fall in my eyes is how the website is run for instants if you look at a supplement with multiple different flavors you click on a part to see and choose what flavors. All the flavors are just there make your choice order it choose the delivery time, it all goes through. But it does that even if its out of stock even though it doesn't tell you on the site.
So you wait expecting it the next day nothing following day nothing so you phone to find out its out of stock! Not Good Really.
Why not next to the flavor Out Of Stock or take that flavor of the site till back in.
