Need good advice? Ask Wiggle!

Being new to cycling I needed advice to guide me to the most appropriate equipment. The web site is excellent and gives plenty of options and prices but the staff at Wiggle answered my email for assistance with a really useful exchange of information and help. The items they suggested were not the most expensive but did exactly what I needed. Since then I have ordered many more items, tried them on and got the best fit etc and returned the rest, all at no charge. Wiggle is all about customer service and they get 5 stars for that without any doubt whatever.


Defective bed replaced within 24 hours!

The bed and mattress ordered arrived on the appointed day. On assembling the bed it was found to have a manufacturing defect. An email sent that night prompted a call from the Mattresssman at 0900hrs the following morning. They were very apologetic and promised an immediate replacement, which arrived within 24hours. The defective one was collected the next day again.

I cannot fault the service and would happily recommend the Mattressman.

Fantastic, selection, ordering, confirmation, product and delivery!

Ordering the new sign could not have been easier. The graphic representation made font selection etc so easy. The order process was easy and the confirmation of receipt and delivery date was reassuring. The finished article, delivered exactly as promised, is terrific. We are so pleased. Thank you.
