Reliable Company to deal with
They do not always stock everything I am looking for, but I consider them in the top three bike shops that I look at when surfing the net. I have found some great bargains at Merlin cycles, but one down side is, that when I have a shopping list of items I need, no one online bike store can supply me with everything on my list, allot of the time. So I tend to shop with the one that can supply me with the most things on that list at the time, and have it in stock. All though when looking for a specific item, Merlin on allot of occasions have been better value for money, saving me pounds on there competitors prices. Not just once but on several occasions. To there credit also, I have never had a problem with any items purchased. Great quality and great postage and service. This is why I will continue to use them in the future. My interest is mainly mountain biking, I see what I want then I look for the best deal on the item I want, and Merlin cycles more often than not do a better deal, if they stock it.

Great value and products
I live in Birmingham and struggle to find a decent Mountain Bike store. Chain reaction cycles on line is my first port of call when looking to perchase goods for my cyling. They do not always have items I want in stock, but at least they show you on their site if it is available or not, as some other stores on line do not tell you and they can take weeks to get it for you. Chain reaction have always delivered my goods quickly and efficiantley. Not always the cheapest on all products, but if you are ordering a number of items you can make a saving overall.Number 1 when web browsing for my bike products.

Excellent service and fast delivery !
I shop online quite a bit as good local stores seem to be on the decline. But when I notice GAK music online, the first thing I noticed was the extensive range of products at reasonable prices. I had never shopped with them before, but they got exactly what I needed. So I gave them a try and I am glad I did. They posted the items to me very quickly, and I am very pleased. Will use again.
