I purchased xbox live membership for my other half last night as he was really disappointed to find that his had run out. I went with Digisub because of their claim to deliver in ten minutes, and figured I could surprise him with it.
12 hours later I am still waiting. Customer service is constantly off line, and my numerous messages have not been answered.
I am extremely disappointed with this, and still awaiting resolution. I doubt I shall be using them in future.
Update: it is now 12.30 pm the day after I placed my order, and not only have I still not received it, but I haven't even received a reply frm customer services.
Update: Order finally received with an email citing technical difficulties asthe reason for delay. Perhaps I could have been informed that there was a backlog before purchasing so these issues would not have arisen.
Update: After receiving another email of apology from Digisub, which also requested that I change my revieww to suit what they think the number of stars should reflect, I came online to discover that they had reported my review and had it removed. A follow up email from Trustpilot informed me that Digisub said I was not one of their customers. When my review went back online, I instanttly received another email from Digisub asking that I change my review. As my review refelcts exactly what has happened, and the fact that I am far from satisfied with the service I received, I shall do no such thing.
