Twice I've ordered something from this Farnell CPC which according to their website is in stock and twice it's amazingly out of stock when it comes to actually delivering on an order.
They then send you a PDF (!) with a deliver date weeks in the future.
I ordered a rather uncommon item which was in stock (allegedly) but still got the "not in stock" pdf-in-a-mail. I find it very hard to believe there was a rush on super-king electric blankets today so their stock level indication is pure fabrication.
I will certainly not be dealing with these people again because if they can't even get a stock level right on their website, what else are they getting wrong.
I've bought a few things from ebuyer over the last couple of years and found them efficient, effective and trustworthy.
I had a problem with an external drive which was sorted out quickly and without any additional cost to me.
