Drinks good, courier bad.

The company has always provided the goods, securely packed. One disadvantage is that they use a courier who will not tell you when they are coming and provide a ridiculously wide time window for delivery, if you are out they will not leave the goods, they have an 0844 number but won't answer it instead you are compelled to listen to indifferent music and never get through while still having to them paying for the privilege.

Drinksfinder should use a more flexible service and give you the option of stating "if we are out leave the goods in the porch".

Hello,
I am sorry that you have had problems with our carriers. We do recommend that you give extra delivery instructions when placing orders, such as leave in porch or in garage. Our carriers will follow any instruction we put on the parcels.
