As the advert used to say, if only everything was as reliable! I've had two deliveries via Interlink and because of hideous experiences with other couriers - most particularly 'Yodel' I was still expecting them to let me down, even though the previous delivery went like clock work. How fabulous is it, that one doesn't have to hang about at home from 06.00 to 60 0' clock, in the often - vain hope - that the delivery will arrive that day, as confirmed by email? The parcel arrived on time, via courteous delivery Gentleman and they actually followed my delivery instructions, I'm pretty sure that's a 1st, as there are 3 buildings with the same street number. Thank you, please take over the delivery world!
having ordered an item from sports direct, that failed to arrive and held for a total of over 2hrs - they do not respond to emails - i was advised to contact the Police and told that even tnough my contract was with them, it was Yodel's responsibility. Yodel refused to give any information, look into the matter, or put me through to somebody more senior - apparently there is no management team. Given that the driver says he made the delivery 3 doors down(??) I would've thought they had some responsibility. Needless to say, there was no card put throught my letterbox at any stage! I am currently number 26 in the queue again and my 'call is important'!! Strongly advise that if you are informed that Yodel will be your courier, you cancel, to save your sanity.

5* service so far- I ordered the 'tricky' Christmas present, which I thought would be perfect for the recipients - had to order far in advance and organise to be posted directly - very prompt query,as to when would be the best time to send, so hopefully all will be well. Lovely gift, at reasonable price. Thank you.
