On arriving at Tenerife south airport for my return trip to UK on 22/3/2013 the flight was delayed by 3 hours due to the bad weather in the UK.After 2 hours all passengers with Jet 2 were issued with a 6 euro voucher for snacks/ beverages.
I have experienced similar delays at other airports with other flight companies and no vouchers were given and all complaints to customer services ignored.Well done Jet2
