Living in Moscow, I have become used to either extraordinary or dreadful customer service - nothing in between. When my laptop needed sorting I awaited problems with it being an international claim, receipts in Cyrillic being unacceptable and issues with the exchange from rubles to squids......but none of the above! I spoke to someone on the phone who told me what to do, a few emails later with receipts etc, and my account was almost immediately credited with what I was owed.
Bloody brilliant and I'm glad I spent the extra money on the warranty - thanks very much squaretrade.
