product in poor condition when received

paid for next day delivery it took 3 dayss to get there also when opened the product was slightley damaged and parts missing

This order was placed on a Sunday and due to the bank holiday was dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. Unfortunately due to a delay with the couriers the item was not delivered until Thursday. Please accept our apologies for this. Please also contact us regarding damage, we do offer a replacement for any goods damaged on arrival.
