We want to rebook a ticket for my uncle and grandfather so we called their office. A man named Daniel talked to us saying that we cannot rebook but instead wants us to booked another ticket. He even called my sister-in-law IGNORANT OF THE LAW. We asked him he could help us about it but he insisted of us booking another ticket.We called Virgin Atlantic directly to rebook and we were able to.THANKS ATLANTIC.
budgetair (DANIEL) how can you say it not possible without even trying and calling us ignorant of the law?
