Poor information given by phone

I wanted to order a replacement borehole pump but could not find on the web site reference to the cable connection kit required to joint the pump cable. I telephoned Anchor pumps to get the cable joint and was advised it came with the pump.
It does not come with the pump please retrain your staff on product information.

as advised to customer at time of order,cable joints do come free of charge when ordered with pump.
