Global Bike

Great service at a great price.... and a top bunch too!

After several bad experiences with other Cheshire based bike shops. I gave Global Bike a try and have never looked back.

They are efficient, well stocked, knowledgable and very competitive on price (often cheaper than Wiggle and CRC) and are a top bunch to boot!

The team there have a great mix of experience and race competitively in all cycle walks of life i.e. xc mtg, DH, Freeride, road, time trial etc.

I now buy all my gear from Global and have any repairs i cant do/ haven't got the time to do carried out by their excellent mechanics.

I would have no reservations in recommending Global bike to anyone, beginner or pro, in any cycling genre.

Getting sloppy with poor communication

I like Chain Reaction Cycles and have used them for years but will not be using them anymore.

I ordered several products that say "in stock" on the website on several different occassions only to find after calling coustomer service that they do not have them and/ or have discontinued items.

CRC need to increase proactive communication. Sorry CRC but i'll be going elseware from now on.
