what a joke

Cant believe how bad customer service is. Being passed from pillar to post im non the wiser. Website has been offline for a week now and still no light at the end of the tunnel. Cant access ftp, then to top it off they have cancelled my package by mistake. Spent hours on phone talking to different assistants who just keep passing me to the next person. really guys i would`nt even give this one star.
