Very helpful and friendly.
The lady I spoke to was very friendly and was very informative on what will happen and took me through all the steps and clearly explained everything. I found she was very honest as they don't want to wast my time if I had no real clam.

Very good friendly easy service.
Overall everything was good.
Good car and service.
The only thing I can moan about is having to pay $50 for a tank of fuel that the rental people had put in the car which you have to pay in order to get the car. They do this for all cars.
When I filled the car up from empty it only cost me $30 so felt a little ripped off.
Other then that everything was good.
