Spent nearly 9 yes NINE hours trying to sort out a disabled persons Mmodem and got charged for the calls. Really disapointing service - also spoke to someone in another country who did not know what a MODEM was and kept asking me about my MOBILE. COME ON Richard Branson I bet youve got SKY!
