I placed an order for three items all were 'in stock' according to the website. Two of the three items turned up within the stated timeframes. I had to chase up reference the outstanding item, I could not be told when I would get it. Also was told to call back to follow up, tried several times, but no one answered the phone. Tried the email form on the website, with no response. Not impressed with this customer service. I still await delivery of an 'in stock' item ( 2 weeks past since date of order)
