Contacting kiddisave thru e-mail after 3 days from purchased coz I didn't received any updates with regards to dispatched. Replying me that they can't locate the item I ordered in their system. The money been deducted already from my account, so no reasons why they're delaying the dispatch/delivery. Phoning them week after, they sorted it out and dispatched that day.
If I didn't contact them thru phone, it might be my order gone astray...
Kiddisave will supposed to contact/infomed me ASAP if there was a problem with my order so they can give any options to take.
I'm sorry to give 2 stars rating. Anyway, I'm still thankful you sorted it out. Just hope, thru this review, you will be corrected and your system will always be updated. So no more IN STOCK displayed though it was OUT OF STOCK...Again, thank you and will have a business with you soon. Hope that time you can give me a good service and experience.
