i have had probs with getting my phone line and broadband set up for the past 8 weeks now and keep getting passed from one team to another. Most of the time i am having to speak to ppl in India who do not understand what i am saying as its not on their sheet!
everyDAY i am told someone will call back and still i have to call them
SHAMBOLLICK in the year 2012 that they cannot sort out a phone line or broadband.....
we ordered 2 large bean bags via groupon on 5th march 2012, here we are in middle of may and still NO sign of bean bags. when i call to ask they tell me that i will recieve and email when they have them in stock, yet originally we were told it would take MAXIMUM of 6 weeks. Such a farce. Awful customer service and I will be taking this matter further. I have contacted watchdog, BBC and trading standards and I would advise anyone to stay WELL clear of this company and no pay them a PENNY of your hard earned money as they have no loyalty to customers
We ordered 2 large beanbags after buying a deal through groupon for buyyourbeanbags.co.uk. was stated that delivery was 6 weeks and this order was placed and paid for on 5th march 2012/ To date still no beanbags and keep getting fobbed off about our purchase. Have contacted groupon who tell me that i have to take it with the company who makes the beanbags but yet groupon is the site that i went through. After researching about this deal it seems every single person that bought this same deal are having the exact same problems as myself and i feel that groupon are responsible for making sure that the client is looked after and they should not be continuing to offer this deal with this company and they are not able to fulfill the previous orders from customers such as myself let alone new customers......this is a total rip off and i will NEVER use groupon again. if i could give 1 star i would but i have to put atleast 1.....honestly it would be minus
