Great price, good service!

Found Envirofone to be the best buyer for my iPhone 4 - they offered me significantly more than the company I've always used before.

Communications were good. My only slight quibble was that it took a few days to receive the cash in my account. The company I've used in the past transferred the money on the day they got the phone.

Useless

ALL other delivery companies leave parcels with neighbours if I'm out, but these idiots invariably leave a card and then I have to either drive miles to collect the parcel or schedule redelivery then stay home and hope they turn up on the appointed day.

Look Yodel - it's quite simple: IF I'M NOT IN, LEAVE MY PARCEL NEXT DOOR!!

Fast shipping, good communication

First order took a day to get from Germany to UK (then 2 days to travel 5 miles from sorting office to my house, but that's not Vesternet's fault!). Items well-packed and worked out of the box. Second order was also trouble-free and I am now awaiting delivery of my third order. Recommended!

Great service and wide choice

It's rare for me to have to go elsewhere for small electronic items these days. Amazon service is invariably excellent, with reasonable prices and prompt delivery.

Convenient and well-priced

I have used Expedia several times recently to book holidays. It's great to be able to book flight, hotel, transfers and airport parking in one place! Checking prices on the net afterwards I couldn't find anything as good for the price.

Always on time

Delivery is always in the allocated slot. The only reason I knock off a star is that some of the substitutions they make are not very clever (eg. meal for two instead of meal for one). I know I can refuse them, but I feel they could put more thought into the subs in the first place. I emphasise that this is a minor quibble on an otherwise excellent service!

Excellent service - again!

This is the third time I've used Mazuma to sell my old iPhones. They give a good price and provide lightning fast service. I posted my phone on a Friday and got an email on the following Monday to say the funds had been transferred to my bank account!

Took over 4000 GBP and have not supplied the goods

I ordered a watch from this company in December. When the promised delivery date came and went, I asked for a refund but all I've had for the last 3 months is lies and excuses. In the end I was told to get my money back from the credit card company! I'm trying to do this now.

Urban Industry

Good service, but product just OK

Delivery was swift, but the laptop sleeve I bought is disappointing. It is made for a MacBook Pro 15in, which I have, but it's tight in some places and baggy in others - hence three stars.
