Neither the Valentine's Day card nor the roses arrived until after 3.30pm. I realise that Moonpig doesn't have total control over the couriers they use, but I ordered well in advance and delivery that late is not acceptable.
Found Envirofone to be the best buyer for my iPhone 4 - they offered me significantly more than the company I've always used before.
Communications were good. My only slight quibble was that it took a few days to receive the cash in my account. The company I've used in the past transferred the money on the day they got the phone.
ALL other delivery companies leave parcels with neighbours if I'm out, but these idiots invariably leave a card and then I have to either drive miles to collect the parcel or schedule redelivery then stay home and hope they turn up on the appointed day.
Look Yodel - it's quite simple: IF I'M NOT IN, LEAVE MY PARCEL NEXT DOOR!!

First order took a day to get from Germany to UK (then 2 days to travel 5 miles from sorting office to my house, but that's not Vesternet's fault!). Items well-packed and worked out of the box. Second order was also trouble-free and I am now awaiting delivery of my third order. Recommended!
Delivery is always in the allocated slot. The only reason I knock off a star is that some of the substitutions they make are not very clever (eg. meal for two instead of meal for one). I know I can refuse them, but I feel they could put more thought into the subs in the first place. I emphasise that this is a minor quibble on an otherwise excellent service!
This is the third time I've used Mazuma to sell my old iPhones. They give a good price and provide lightning fast service. I posted my phone on a Friday and got an email on the following Monday to say the funds had been transferred to my bank account!
I ordered a watch from this company in December. When the promised delivery date came and went, I asked for a refund but all I've had for the last 3 months is lies and excuses. In the end I was told to get my money back from the credit card company! I'm trying to do this now.
