Amazing customer service and prompt delivery.
Ordered a pair of Oakley Frogskins as a birthday gift, which came with a free nano-clear hydrophobic lens cleaner and pen in less than two days.
Made a cheeky request for a birthday message, and they printed HAPPY BIRTHDAY on a sheet of paper and stuck it with the order along with a couple of sweets. Nice gesture, and will definitely be ordering from a company that goes the extra mile again!

Mark/Marc (ext 326) is the man
Maybe a bit premature, since I've just got off the phone with him, and haven't received the order yet, but he handled the call professionally.
Bought another battery and an extended warranty, some may find it a hard sell given that they're selling again after you've placed your order but he was casual and not at all pushy about it.
For the record, he assured me that it was an international warranty, so hopefully it is or the traveller that I am is up shit creek.
In all, great service by Mark/Marc, and fingers crossed he delivers on his promises!
