Trueshopping

Good price and rapid response to problems.

I recently bought a chainsaw from Trueshopping - the price was very competitive but I was a little unsure about the quality of the brand. However, the saw turned up within a few days and while the quality of finish on some of the plastics was not great, everything worked fine. After a couple of days of zipping through some quite large diameter trees (pretty impressive performance!) the starter cord would not rewind - a broken spring. I emailed Trueshopping that evening and had confirmation, within 24hrs, that a replacement part would be sent out. No fuss or argument - great! The part turned up 2 days later - I think that is pretty good when compared to some online-shopping experiences I have had!
I wouldn't hesitate to use Trueshopping again.
