Interparcel
Yodelling, without being heard.
The new Yodel Llandudno branch didn`t have the ability to track deliveries of goods picked up by their people. Neither did they seem to feel that they actually had any responsibilities to their customers for same. They did however supply a telephone number for me to ring, Interparcel-08719 112113, who gave a helpful, pleasant, and very quick help to my queries. None of the above would have been necessary of course if the on-line Interparcel tracking site had accepted the tracking details provided, and used, by Yodel.

Trueshopping
Nice people, well managed Customer Services group.
After initial clitches in ordering a replacement strimmer head, for a petrol driven strimmer I purchased off TrueShopping last year, the backup response I received from the their Customer Services department was terrific. I was amazed at the trouble they went to to resolve what to them must have been a small problem (unfortunately not for me!). Without question I now have no hesitation in giving them a 5 Star rating, based on price, delivery, and particularly Customer Services support.
