Super fast delivery - placed an order at half past five in the afternoon and was pleasantly surprised to receive the items the following day. I thought perhaps they use Santa's reindeers to deliver goods! I have since placed another order and was equally pleased. Customer service is fantastic, query was addressed immediately (within an hour of sending my email). Their prices are lower than other online retailers, especially their French Pharmacy products. Overall I would highly recommend purchasing your skincare and make up needs from Escentual as this is one of the companies which really delivers on their promise and endeavours to make their customers happy.
