Our mother lives in Bordeaux France now, we sent her flowers for mothers day on Sunday but they never arrived. Then eventually they decided to resend the order and could only deliver on Thursday and I had to tell them it was a public holiday in France. You need to know and confirm that deliveries can take place, there were other providers who could've made the delivery on the day iIrequested but I liked your flowers more but that's no good if you don't deliver. I cancelled the order as now the flowers would be a week late. The person who helped me was very nice but there is no efficiency on your side.
