I purchased a cheap phone on the 3 network with Affordable Mobiles mainly with the intention of getting a free Ps3. (£18pm contract with 3mobile).
Delivery of the phone and sim were quick, arriving the next day and so far (3 months in it has all been going smoothly).
However the issue of note is that to receive your Ps3 you need to send off your 1st paid bill within 90 days I believe. Having done this and sent the letter recorded delivery I waited...,.
After a couple more months and no acknowledgement of my claim (as well as the cut off for trying to resubmit it expiring) I had given up hope. However much to my delight on Saturday 30th June (nearly 2 months after I had submitted my claim) the playstation arrived.
As such I just wanted others to see that hope is not all lost with the company. Although I wish they had acknowledged they had received my claim and given me a reason for any delay/ expected delivery time.
Purchased a Camera from them, which was the cheapest place I could find online. Having looked at other reviews I felt comfortable placing my order.
I then received continuous updates as to the status of my item, with the only confusing part being when I received an email saying it was out of stock and had been canceled (an error on their part).
The item however arrived within 4 days of the order being placed.
