Absolutely superb service and excellent product
I had recently been dealing with a few large companies over various matters and to be quite frank had come to the conclusion that the business community had gone to the dogs such was the ineptitude of all of them in one form or another. It came as a pleasure and a surprise to receive what I would class as first rate service from Worktop Express. From initially sending me a sample by return, taking and completing my order promptly ( no press this button, your call is in a queue, etc etc) and then promising a fixed delivery time within a 3 hour window with a phone call 30 minutes beforehand. Once the product was received it was excellent. Bought to match B & Q tops already installed. Which it did at under half the price and of similar quality if not better. Once again thanks for a fantastic service which could serve as a benchmark for much bigger companies.
