Okay, so they didn't arrive yesterday, but their website today still says out for delivery by 17:30 yesterday! I raised a query on their website, received an automated reply saying they'd contact me asap, with a link to view my case number online.
When I clicked on the link yesterday it said the case had been opened.
When I try it again today all the details are missing and it's basically a blank page.
I tried to register with them, which apparently would let me view full details, but it kept saying 'please complete all fields' each time I pressed enter. All fields were completed (basically just email and a password, repeated for each), and I tried different passwords and different browsers, but nothing worked.
If they updated their tracking page it would be a big help!
This is the second time in a month that they have left my goods at another address, with no card left through my door. I only found out from their tracking page.
I was home both days, looking out for them. I can only assume they have a crap GPS system.
It's the last time I order anything that uses DPD as the couriers!
(last time it took 2 days to find anybody at home where they'd left it - no-one home their now either)
