Facebook ONLY for Comments Even when Logged in with email

Come on Trustpilot,
Here I am logged in, and writing a comment, but unable to post it unless I have a Facebook account.

I don't and never will have a FACEBOOK account.

Don't force people away because of this. If your logged in you should be able to comment.

Thanks for your feedback.

We do acknowledge that not everyone is in favor of using Facebook, but we think this comments system has some clear benefits.

Back in September 2012 we updated the review comments system to the current one. We wanted to drive more engagement from consumers, while reducing aggressive or spamming comments. Overall, these expectations have been met with the new comments system. You can read more about it on our blog:

Making it possible to leave a comment with your Trustpilot profile only is a good idea. I think our development team is already aware of it, but I forwarded the idea again just in case.

Soliciting for positive Amazon Feedback

Sent me the wrong item, then H.Ward, lied to me via email, telling me it was the correct item.
Phoned up to sort out, was informed that if I agree to give good feedback on Amazon, then they would sort out the issue. yes totally gobsmacked by that. what world do they live in.

Eventually got a partial refund of the money I spent, still owe me £4.40,

S. Andrew, (sales manager) tried to "word play" my email, to make me out as the bad guy.

Bad points:
Impossible company to deal with.
They will LIE to you on the phone, and Email
Merchandise is sub standard Low Quality.
Reported to Companies House
Reported to Amazon
Reported to Department for Business, Innovation and Skills
Don't Use
Because of this experience, I will proactively give my experience and opinion everywhere on the internet I can

Unbelievably Professional Support

I ordered a magnetic sheet and cards, for jotting down ideas etc with a dry eraser - very useful.

However there was a problem with the sheet, it only took one email to let them know of the issue (since resolved) and a really exceptional guy, "Matt Nussey", offered me a massive wall mounted whiteboard as a solution, gratis, as in free beer.

Now I have this whiteboard, stuck on the back of a door and find it very useful and can't thank Matt enough for his support and professionalism when dealing with the issue.

I have already recommended them to others, and wish them all the greatest success.

Oh and Magnets - well there magic aren't they? the whole world runs on them, and we don't "really" know how they work, one of the four fundamental forces in the universe, why wouldn't you want a piece of that.
