I was involved in a bus crash in China, requiring hospital treatment. The company were fantastic once contacted. They covered the medical bills and the flights home and were very sympathetic in correspondence. Process was slightly slowed due to them being based in Spain, dealing with an office in Beijing who contacted the hospital that I was in. This was possibly unavoidable considering the language barrier. But aside from that they paid out and made a very stressful situation far less so.
I would avoid this company. I bought a Dell XPS17. The laptop went faulty after a week. I sent it back, they informed me that it had been repaired. When I received it, the exact same error was present, it hadn't been touched. I sent it back and asked for a refund, after which they informed me that the laptop had been repaired and was ready to be shipped. I had to tell them again that I wanted a refund. After 3 months of waiting and assurances that I would be refunded, I finally had to go through my credit card company to get the money from them. Though, they did respond in a timely fashion each time I requested an update, albeit with lies!
