I have ordered an item of ebay and has been sent to me about 11 days ago. As time went by and no delivery was made I have decided today to track the parcel down. Phoned the sender, a very lovely lady, got the tracking number and started the hunt. After almost 2 hours on the phone, I can tell you this, the official number on their webpage 0871 2461583 (10p/minut) not even ringing today, so, after an extensive search I have discovered other phone numbers MYHERMES CUSTOMER SERVICE FREE CALL NUMBER 0800 174 904 where the lady hang up on me twice, took her name, made a complaint :D, at one of the numbers I got an answer mahine and first option was telling me that there is nothing I can do just phone retailer or sender, and on the second option I had a waiting time for over 45 mins at 10p/minute and the girl that answered wasn't in any mood to help me or anyone today. The local warehouse has a secret location and customers are not permitted anywhere there, my needs don't matter and if it will be delivered than it will be delivered whenever they consider apropiate. Other numbers that worked for me 0844543700, 01274625625,01133976901 0800435881. I will never buy from anyone that's using Hermes again, I would rather pay something extra for a better service, actually for any service comparing to them. After my first experience with them, they are total rubish and useless, and I will tell this to whoever wants to hear
