Fobbed off

This is the second time i've used them, the first time it took 90 minutes to deliver the coins after twice contacting them on live chat, this second time, I have been fobbed off with the guy will be here within the hour, 90 mins later i contact them again, to be told check back later, when I asked for a refund they said it is night time there so cannot refund, they then closed the live chat and will not answer it again, 300k coins scammed, stay away from this site


Ignorant and unhelpful

I placed an order for a rumble dryer that was in stock and it stated 1 - 4 day delivery, after 2 days I thought I would ring them as it just said being processed, upon calling, the agent didn't and wouldn't give his name, so I explained my query and was told it was probably out of stock when ordering, I advised it stated in stock that's why I ordered from them, I was told to ring back after 11 as that's when the shipping department was in, I failed to see why the agent couldn't tell me the stock level, so I stated I would like to cancel my order only to be told I had to put it in writing, I asked why it couldn't be done over the phone, he said "coz you ordered on tinternet" ... Tinternet??? seriously..I have now contacted my bank to retrieve the money from them

Mr.Whitehead placed the order online for the dryer and it showed delivery as 1-4 working days, the order was processed on the 23rd of october 2012, the customer called on the 25th of october stating I have not received my dryer, he was informed delivery is 1-4 working days and despatch dept wil call you the day before.
He informed us I need to know now when my delivery will be and was informed despatch dept start at 11am you can call for them after 11,he did not wish to call back later and wanted a answer straightaway which sales dept could not give, he started I wish to cancel my order, he was informed yes you can cancel your order sir, but you will have to email online sales as you placed the order via our interent sales.
On the 26th of october ie within 24 hrs of wishing to cancel his order, his order was cancelled and refund was given, within 3 days of placing his order and cancelling we had refunded him.
we acted in a more than reasonable way by quickly cancelling and refunding Mr.Whitehead even though delivery time quoted was 1-4 working days and he cancelled within our delivery time quoted.


Amazon Prime is a joke

Ordering goods, no issues, however the so called amazon prime is hit and miss, and when you complain they extend it by 1 month....why when it doesn't work as intended, if you purchased next day delivery elsewhere it arrives.


excellent delivery service, support no so good

I have purchased from here man y times before, but on this occasion, it declined my card twice, so I emailed them as well as posted on their facebook page and sent them a message on facebook, as yet no reply to any, this was a week ago, I had to get my card unblocked by my bank, once unblocked I tried again and was successful without issue, So all in all good service but support needs looking at asap
