I placed an order for a rumble dryer that was in stock and it stated 1 - 4 day delivery, after 2 days I thought I would ring them as it just said being processed, upon calling, the agent didn't and wouldn't give his name, so I explained my query and was told it was probably out of stock when ordering, I advised it stated in stock that's why I ordered from them, I was told to ring back after 11 as that's when the shipping department was in, I failed to see why the agent couldn't tell me the stock level, so I stated I would like to cancel my order only to be told I had to put it in writing, I asked why it couldn't be done over the phone, he said "coz you ordered on tinternet" ... Tinternet??? seriously..I have now contacted my bank to retrieve the money from them
I have purchased from here man y times before, but on this occasion, it declined my card twice, so I emailed them as well as posted on their facebook page and sent them a message on facebook, as yet no reply to any, this was a week ago, I had to get my card unblocked by my bank, once unblocked I tried again and was successful without issue, So all in all good service but support needs looking at asap
