Poor delivery, poor service

Courier failed to deliver, real hassle to get any progress and to top it off we've moved to France and are still trying to get in touch for a refund.. I have no idea about the parts but the customer service is poor and the courier (Yodel) is a let down. Try your local motor factors..

Hi Andrew, first of all my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I understand our Customer Service Team have been in contact with you many times and explained that the carrier did in fact deliver your parts (confirmed by Geo Tracking) and left the goods as instructed in a 'Red Box'.
