Excellent
If you want to buy electricial goods, TV etc they are excellent. Service is excellent and staff knowledgeable. They know what they do. All TVs have a free 5 year guarantee. Other major electrical discount stores charge an arm and a leg for extra warranties. I saved over £200 in buying from John Lewis. When I encountered a problem with my Panasonic TV they were there without any problems and fixed it. Well done John Lewis!

Choose a better supplier
Vodafone? Having been a customer for over 10 years, as soon as I am able to leave my contract I will. I have complained bitterly that I have been unable to use their online bill service. I am paying bills but I cannot view them. Despite having contacted their customer service by phone and email for over 2 years, still not able to view a single bill. Their customer service is appalling - don't know what they do but they do not deliver on this at all.
I'm off at the end of my contract. If you are thinking of a mobile phone supplier, go elsewhere!

Polybags Ltd provide good quality bags and a reasonable price and delivered in good time. Having searched for bags online and used different companies, these are the best value I have found. Not had any cause of complaint here. Keep up the good work.
