One less loyal customer

I used to be a massive fan and positive recommender of SD, frankly half the my gear is from SD. Even to the point my friends call my SD boy.

On reflection I know regret recommending them as a business to my friends. After dealing with there customer services department.

Last year I brought a pair of the new boots for an early Xmas present, after several wares they have started to fall apart. So took them back to the store, unfortunetly I did not keep proof of purchase an can not remember what card a used to buy them, even though they are a new range. They will not do anything about it!!!

They agreed that they where a new range, and not old stock. All that I wanted was to swap them for another pair! The team where very unhelpful.

Just would not expect a 140 pound pair to fail like this, then to have no joy with there cs team (and I have not even mentioned the reception I had in the store)

So to conclude, they could see by the style they were the new range, they could see they they where original products. But they still did not believe that I had brought them from them, and would not replace there duff product.

So I would suggest avoiding them, if you value good customer services. For me I will not using them any more as they are not a cheap brand and I would expect a better level of service
