Restored my faith in customer service

I ordered a very small part from McConvey Cycles (a powerlink for a broken chain). I hoped it might be here in time to ride at the weekend but was not confident, especially as I just had a bad experience with another company.

McConvey cheered me right up. The powerlink is here today in time for the weekend. The email order confirmation and shipping confirmation were both received promtly even for such a small purchase so I knew what was happening. It felt like dealing with people (efficient ones at that) rather than machines.

I'll be using them from now on for all bike bits'n'bobs!
