Usually very long wait for the delivery. Sometimes they run out of stock while you wait .
High delivery charges, unpredictable delivery. Many times well over a month to wait. Irritating customer service Internet tool. Although got a bit better.

I do not go to the store anymore. I order everything on line as I know that the quality will be great. I have bought four dressing gowns for myself and as gifts, absolutely love the product. The blue waffle is very unusual.
