Worst airline I've ever flown
They are terrible, avoid like the plague!
Cheap yes but they try and milk every last cent out of you from selling scratch cards (doubt much is given to charity as they promise) to endless adverts and selling.
Don't ever try and take a bag or not check in or you will be fleeced!
Auto Europe UK
Great company, use them often and never a problem
I've used Autoeurope often and their service is really good, rates are cheap and we've been upgraded several times by the rental companies.
I normally book the full excess refund but have never had to make a claim, can't comment on that.
