I have received a parcel from Brandalley for a pair of boots despite my cancellation email and their confirmation of cancellation. On the system it is still mentioned that the order is processing and I have not received a confirmation email that the parcel is on its way or a tracking email from you or the delivery company. The courier has left it with my neighbours so I did not have the opportunity to refuse it either...
I will send it back and I am obviously expecting a full refund plus the refund for the return. Lets see what they say.
I have bought a bed on the 23rd of October from Wayfair because you offered a next day delivery service. So I buy the bed and only after I order your system says that the day of delivery would be 28th October.
So I call your customer service immediately to tell you that I want a next day delivery. A very friendly lady from your customer service tells me that the system automatically sets up a date but that the bed should arrive on the 24th (next day delivery as claimed on your website), not on the 28th. I decide to stick with my order with your customer service's advice.
I receive a tracking number from you a few hours later and XDP does not set up the delivery for the next day, but rather for today (25th October). So I wait all day today and NO BED!! They haven't delivered the bed. And I have waited all day for it. And on the tracking system it still says that the delivery was booked for today but that the expected delivery day is on the 28th (does it take three days to go from the depot to Cambridge city centre?)!
I am writing this review to tell you to change the delivery company. This is unacceptable and it undermines Wayfair's reputation. If your company website says next day delivery and the bed is delivered five days later, it is not next day delivery anymore. I understand that it could be XDP's fault but if so, you should consider changing your delivery method.
I will ask a friend to come home on Monday to wait for the bed, hoping that XDP will deliver it this time!
I am experiencing the same issues as the previous customers.
I have bought a bed and with the next day delivery promise, not being aware of which company would actually deliver my package. This was on Wednesday and Wayfair assured me that they keep their next day delivery promise. So yesterday (the due-day according to wayfair), the tracking system says that the bed will be delivered today (25th October) :

So this morning I call and xdl says this afternoon, and then in the afternoon I call again and they say tonight. It is 20.00pm and the tracking system still says that my bed is at delivery depot so no chance that it arrives today.
The next-day delivery turns out to be a when-suits-xdp delivery. I will certainly call Wayfair on Monday to make a complaint about the delivery company. And evidently call xdp as well.
