The Company sent my items (value less than £5) to my billing address instead of the delivery address. Darren acknowledged the error and asked that the items be returned to safercigs and they would redelver.
I told him that although there was somebody at my billing address to sign for the goods at the time, there was no longer anybody there for a number of months to redirect the items.
Despite several emails, Safercigs either could not grasp the issue or just did not want to send the small value items again to me.
I have dealt with numerous E cig sites and they have been very helpful. Safercigs should be avoided as they are totally intransigent when things of their own making go wrong.
