What a complete and utter disgrace. 2013: Many companies struggling to stay afloat, and this pathetic so-called professional outfit haven't got a clue. 11kg large package sent to me has "got lost" and they "cannot help me".
I hope members of the YODEL (aka "Home Delivery Network") read my comments and those from other disgruntled customers.
YODEL... you'll go under. You deserve to.
I have never ever come across such an appalling service as NOT delivered by any organisation, ever...
