What a complete and utter disgrace. 2013: Many companies struggling to stay afloat, and this pathetic so-called professional outfit haven't got a clue. 11kg large package sent to me has "got lost" and they "cannot help me".

Excellent service! Ordered online. Fast delivery (even though second class, free-post)! Extremely pleased with new memory for my desktop PC. Will order more in the near future to max out the PC spec. Keep up the great work.
