There was a muddle with the address which couldn't be found on the satnav, meaning the flowers could not be delivered on the day I specified which was very disappointing. However they waived the delivery charge for me and the flowers duly arrived the next day. They were really well received and my cousin thought they were beautiful, which is what really counts isn't it?
