I was delighted to discover a company who went out of their way to make me feel as if I was a special customer, because I had made a mistake and asked for single gather instead of double on one of my purchases and this was picked up on immediately and I got an email from a lovely lady called Shirley who asked me if I had meant to order double and she would sort it out, and she did!!
Not only that, when we got our order and found how lovely it looked, we also discovered that, as we have a public footpath outside our front window, we needed an extra length of gather, so I wrote to Shirley again and asked her if she would kindly send me another length of the same pattern and she put the order on the same day, and told me the amount, then I gave her the day I wanted my card to be debited, and she did this right away and the curtains were here by recorded delivery first class post the very next day and now we have privacy, a beautiful pattern with butterflies and flowers, and my husband who was at first dubious about the idea of new nets, is now delighted, and feels he has our privacy back again and loves them! Just as well, really, as he is a full time house husband and it is him indoors who has to feel happy not me when it comes to these things! Thank again Woodyatt Curtains....just one thing, though, why did you change your name from Nets2Go? I loved that name!
