sent a blackberry 8520 almost 2 weeks ago.was told payment would be made today(21st jan) still no payment!
ridiculous seeing as they said 5 working days!
appauling customer service....also says on site on my account NOT PAID.BEFORE THEY SAY THEY HAVE!.......................
latest update,they emailed to say money would be in bank today as promised!!with a 3 pound goodwill gesture on top(why thankyou..not).
STILL NO MONEY!!AND HAVE RE-EMAILED THEM4 TIMES!!!
after a 3 wk wait i i wrote a review on here fuming!within and hour had an email from sarah potter who then also rang me.within 2 days my aplliance had arrived.this lady went out of her way to make any wrongs right and thank god i now have my fridge freezer.if id been able to speak to her a week ago im almost sure i would of had my appliance earlier.the delivery driver was an absolute gem who did he best to help anyway he could as appliance is huge nd he was on his own but was ehre almost an hr helping me.relief all round.althought this has put me off internet buying the situation was sorted as soon as i spoke the operation mangager.thnks
