Good service with excellent communication

Purchased a used Tokai Strat, Lovely guitar, although the web site says that it had been modified, however it looks all present and correct for a 82/83 model Tokai. Frets do need cleaning and dressing and it needs a new set of strings, but other than that this is a lovely guitar.
